Tenho meus pontos fracos e fortes, assim como todas. Mas os meus FRACOS não tenho obtido o sucesso que eu quero, devido à correria que estou aqui. Não tenho tido o tempo suficiente para TREINAR esses pontos fracos, e vocês devem saber muito bem que para ter resultado, é tudo uma conexão de dieta-treino-descanso. Aqui no blog ultimamente eu tenho focado mais nessa parte da dieta apenas, devido ao desafio que a <a href="http://confissoesdeumaquasesarada.blogspot.com.br/2012/02/desafio-yes-i-can.html">Flávia</a> lançou no blog dela.<br />
Mas como eu sei que devo uma explicação sobre o meu treinamento, vou dizer como está, porque está, como ficará e quando mudará.<br />
Primeiramente, COMO ESTÁ. Eu não tenho tido tempo de ir todos os dias à academia, INFELIZMENTE. Aqui tá uma correria danada, estou em estágio no período da manhã, estudo à tarde e vou para a faculdade à noite. Acabo abdicando no máximo 3 x na semana, às vezes 2x para ir à tarde realizar a sessão de treinamento. E nos outros dias eu acordo bem cedinho para fazer aero em jejum, espero um tempinho como algo e vou para o estágio. Não daria para treinar no lugar do aero, pq não teria o tempo de fazer meu pré treino, esperar para ir treinar, treinar, esperar para fazer meu pós treino.. Seria praticamente IMPOSSÍVEL chegar na hora no hospital se eu incluísse o treino ANTES do estágio. Então é isto... 2 ou 3 x na semana, SOMENTE membros inferiores. Tristeee.. Porque eu AMO treinar membros superiores, e consigo ver resultados bem legais em um mês!! Na academia a moça veio até me perguntar assim esses dias ''Eu só tenho te visto treinando pernas.. O que houve?'' ahhaha Mas não é por opção não, é por FALTA dela mesmo. Não tenho outra alternativa! Ou eu FOCO em uma coisa só, ou eu divido tudo e não vejo resultado em nada. Portanto eu optei por focar somente em bíceps femoral, quadríceps, panturrilha e glúteo, divido nesses 2 ou 3 dias. Fica assim, quando são 2 dias(já consigo saber no começo da semana), aí eu divido 1 dia com quadríceps, bíceps femoral e panturrilha. E no outro, bíceps femoral, glúteo e panturrilha. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Quando vou 3 dias, 1 dia com quadríceps, bíceps femoral e panturrilha. Outro dia com glúteo, bíceps femoral e panturrilha. E o último, com quadríceps, glúteo e panturrilha. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Quanto às corridinhas, eu tento CONTAR o tanto de aeróbico, estabeleço um número X e atinjo ele na semana, nem que eu tenha que fazê-lo no final de semana. 160 minutos de aero na semana, 40 minutos para cada dia, ficariam 4 dias de aero no total ou então 45 minutos por 5 dias. Tenho ficado com a primeira opção, dos 4 dias. Aí eu tento encaixar quando dá antes do estágio, e no sábado e domingo cedinho.<br />
Eu acabo ficando PARAdA mesmo somente uns 2 dias na semana. Geralmente é durante a semana. </span><br />

Eu queria poder contar tudo, tudo, tudo agora... São coisas muito estimulantes, coisas que eu nunca fiz, que pretendo me jogar e ver no que vai dar. É quase que 100% de garantia na revolução do meu corpo. Vou fazer um investimento de tempo, disposição e $$$ e vamos ver no que vai dar. Não vou falar agora, porque tem alguns pontos que ainda não estão muito certos e concretos, quero primeiro concretizar para passar a informação certinha para vocês. Mas vai ser uma coisa legal de acompanhar, se tudo correr bem, vocês poderão ver.</span><br style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;" /><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> Lindinhas(os), é isto que tenho para falar por ora.</span> <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> O treino não está lá essas coisas, estou tentando manter mais com a dieta mesmo, e evoluir o que dá na medida do possível. </span><br />

É um grupo exclusivo para mulheres onde discutem assuntos relacionados aos treinos, dietas e tudo que tem a ver com isto. Um lugar bem interessante, organizado, com bastante atletas dividindo informações, a nutricionista Andrea Bisi, a atleta Marcela Muzzi e o marido dela Geraldo Muzzi, entre outras pessoas com grande conhecimento tirando nossas dúvidas, postando artigos de grande valia, enfim... Eu sou uma das moderadoras de lá, quem não participa e tem interesse de entrar, pode falar comigo que eu incluo. Bom, quem participa de lá deve ter visto que eu postei uma foto dessa parte minha há alguns dias, modéstia à parte, eu consigo uma boa evolução nesses 2 grupos musculares (glúteo e posterior).
